Terms of Service


  1. Refund Policy: Interlingua will provide a full refund of any monies paid for products/services that are deemed to be of unmerchantable quality.
  2. Support: Interlingua will respond promptly to any support requests (within a maximum of two working days) in instances where the Customer has problems downloading products that have already been paid for.
  3. Copyright: All products and intellectual property offered for sale by Interlingua are protected under international copyright law unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unlawful distribution of Interlingua publications will result in legal action. Prohibited actions include:
    • Sharing and publication of links to download pages
    • Unauthorised sale or distribution of Interlingua products. This rule extends to free downloads
    • Any attempts at circumventing the payment system will result in prosecution
  4. Data Protection: Customer information will not be sold, leased or otherwise provided to any third party except for the purposes of law enforcement. Interlingua does not process or store credit card details.
  5. Privacy: Interlingua will not normally contact users with commercial offers. Any such communications will include a link to immediately remove the recipient's email address from our database.
  6. Disclaimer: Any information sold or otherwise provided by Interlingua is provided for educational or entertainment purposes only. No liability will be held for loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of information sold or otherwise provided by Interlingua. Always verify the accuracy of any information or advice before acting upon it.
